Introduction of Mr Schröer to the SMI world

On 03.02.2021, the new SMI representative Mr Schröer accepted our invitation to Wetter. After a brief insight into the company history and a description of the commercial handling processes, we moved on to the workshop in our production. Our two vacuum lifters mini smilift and smilift and the vacuum traverse smigrip were explained in detail by our technical manager, Mr Bösken, and tried out by Mr Schröer. We also demonstrated different load lifting attachments and operating handles to show the easy handling and flexible use of the vacuum lifters.
Many customers ask us what happens if the power/compressed air fails. We also simulated this incident so that Mr Schröer could report from his own experience. The practical introduction was followed by the technical input.

After a very communicative and lively introduction day, Mr Schröer went home with some SMI documents in his luggage and full of energy.

We hope that Mr Schröer will soon be able to gain his own experience with the customer!
